Direct Communications Reputation Management

When I was hired at Direct Communications, the first need identified was for an effective text messaging solution to better serve customers. I conducted thorough research and proposed a program that integrated text messaging and social media messaging, leading to the successful implementation of a company-wide text messaging system. This initiative significantly enhanced customer communication during and after office hours via text messaging and Facebook Messenger. Since March 2023, Direct Communications has sent 53,915 messages and received 27,802 responses across Idaho, Maine, and Louisiana. Additionally, I developed a reputation management process for customer service representatives that markedly increased the total number of reviews to 285 across all accounts (205 in Idaho, 43 in Maine, and 37 in Louisiana), up from just 3 at the beginning of 2023.
